I am a board certified physician.  What are the laws in my state for recommending medical marijuana to a patient?

I would consider recommending medical marijuana, but have never done so before.  Where do I begin?

Begin by reviewing the Benefits of Medical Marijuana.  Next, review the law for recommending medical marijuana in your state.  Remember that the law differs from one state to another, so be sure to read the law specifically for the state in which you practice.  Lastly, you may wish to seek legal advice from a professional.
