Welcome!  Please continue reading for some of the most frequently asked questions about our organization.

I see that you have a Physician Forum, set up just for physician to physician discussion.  How can I access it?

To maintain the integrity of our Physician Forum, which exists for physicians to discuss issues with other physicians, you must have a physician membership on our site.  There is no cost for membership.  Patients and caregivers will not have access to this forum, it is set up specifically for physician to physician discussion.

What are the laws in my state?

The laws pertaining to medical marijuana differ from one state to another.  For more information, please refer to our Medical Marijuana in your State section.

How do I become listed in your database of physicians, caregivers, dispensaries and compassion clubs?

Membership for patients in need of medical marijuana is free and requires only a user name, e-mail, state and zip code.  Membership for physicians, caregivers and dispensaries is also free, but the basic and enhanced listings for the locator tool are on a subscription basis.  Listings can be created from the “My Account” page.  Or to learn more, please refer to our Physician Member Benefits page.  If you are not already a member, you can also Join Now to view the locator tool.
